with a fresh install of CoC, no addons, the updater wont work because it says there is and Error and cant download anything, so i manually pacthed it, but now when i try to start it, it says xrAPI.dll is missing, i cannot for the life of me get this thing to just work

After getting to the wish granter i managed to unpack the DBs, but as is the nature of the wish granter i forgot what is was going to do\Where im supposed to put the files i will edit. please help.
