Is not getting faction rep upon turning in missions for your faction intentional? (Like doing capture territory/assassination missions for freedom)

Do the faction traders have more things on sale after your rep with them hits a certain point?

Where is freedom at in this mod?

How would I go about extracting the database files? Trying to find the ui pictures for the mercs.

Ever since installing the latest translation patch, turning in any mission (new game or old save) causes an instant crash with no error message, it occasionally crashes on level changes now too.
