To be totally honest, this looks like something outta Crysis/Borderlands/Destiny, rather than a prototype from an early 2000s military test lab.

Hey E.Nigma, would it be possible to rip textures for open scopes from, say, another mod and slap them on top of AO3.1 without any problems?
Hey E.Nigma42, I'm curious: Is there a spawn menu for Arsenal Overhaul?
As an aside, think about it this way:
It's a sunny day in Yanov, and I decide to hit up Jupiter, because the visibility and high ground in the offices gives me advance warning of enemies.
After an intense, brutal firefight with bandits in the hall, I've run out of bandages, but just barely stopped to bleeding. Wounded, out of bullets, and desperately limping to Yanov, blinding fog closes in, choking, poisonous. I'm desperate.
In the distance, the dogs start barking.
They're getting closer.
Welp, time to break out notepad++. Again.
Background radiation area hazards are an interesting mechanic, but considering how gloomy misery is already in terms of weather, perhaps link radiation to that? I don't how the team will explain or justify the radiation, but I could see it linked to fallout coming back down after a blowout.
Think about it this way: Weather in misery so damn rainy/foggy/stormy, that it wouldn't be hard to suggest that it's just radioactive material that's been whipped up by a blowout that's returning to the ground in rain/dust/etc.
If the A-life can be easily setup to deal with weather dependent variables, we could see low-level NPCs fighting to get to cover when a storm breaks out, while those in SEVA suits can find light cover or just tough it out.
I understand that there's a desire incentivize going outside in ****** conditions when visibility is poor and it's hard to hear a bloodsucker creeping up on you, but I think the absolute terror of not knowing when that two hour strech of sunlight is going to be ruined by toxic fog is pretty neat.
Hope and good times are necessary to crush the spirit of the player. Constant hazard just makes it tedious.
Err, it appears the purchase file editor can't load purchase files. Is there something I have to do?
No worky for both. Which is weird, because both 107 versions work.
Might be a corrupt download, but it crashes on scenario load with a warning that it can't load the research file. Downloaded 109 with shader. Will try without shader file.
