So apparently the entire sailing system is totally messed up and basically making it unplayable. Or is it just me?
One of the first quests: Deliver something to stanis(guy at dragonstone)

So I tried to go to the closest harbour near Saltpans, and it just makes me invisible, no sailing, totally bugged.
Then I try to go to the other side of kings landing to use dragonstones own harbour - it only sails to the other little island and back(no player navigation and no speed up)
Is this all intended and people are fine with it?

Okay game crashed on the very first quest while i was lvl 1. And it crashed again 20min later on a new character.
Before 0.9 it was all smooth and maybe crash 1 time per 100 hours.
There is also a small delay added on every single map load after every conversation with anyone, and the vendor system as mentioned in my other comment
I'm going back to 0.8 this is not worth it

Did you seriously remove the summarizing of denars you receive from selling multiple items? Nahh you can't possibly be that stupid, I must be missing something

I don't understand the Disappeared part 1 or its bugged.. I go to the abandoned village, explore 3 things and then.. nothing, the guy is not even there to return to

And that is why i will check it out :)
However, it is truly a shame if you are working on it solo as more heads have much higher potential and workforce(obviously) Why don't you try get as much help as you can? i love huge mods that i can play for many 100s of hours rather than a lot of small/medium mods

Not sure if i'm supposed to download the beta AND the bugfix, or if you already implemented the fixes in the main download.

Anyways i did come across some bugs, 3 of them when i had to free a lord from prison in a brettn town lol! i spent SO much time until i realised its just impossible.
1. I'm chaos and if they catch me when desguised i am naked and with no weapon so guards cannot be beaten no matter how good i am.
2. You placed an Arena door where the prison door is supposed to be, and there are no prison door i checked every single one in town. I still managed to get into the prison, but then there is no way to get out, the door wont trigger and i'm stuck.
3. there is a shop door, where its all bugged and you cannot move if you enter

also, skeletons can use every race specific mount in game i assume thats a bug too. There is also the bug in m&b (not this mod only) where if you attack an enemy with allies, the enemy and ally will just rotate around eachother endlessly.
Also, where are the magic vendors with crazy stuff? i never saw 1, or maybe i did with a bugged interaction that simply told him to pack his bag.
Game was so much fun back when i played it and i could wear everything regardless of class, and got some crazy strong magic items from that vizard guy. Also a fun bug is that i'm this huge man, but scream like a girl on shield bashing.
Anyway i could go on, still great mod btw.

another annoying bugg: if you help a deserter (and any other faction like forest bandits) their reputation with you will go to -1 instead of -3 or whatever it is at start, which is fine. But on -1 it is bugged, and ALL of that faction type will attack you no matter what, for example when i am sieging a castle with my 300 soldiers army, i get SPAMMED by attacks from useless deserters and bandits of tiny army sizes

And btw it seems like it got quite a lot easier now than in the earlier stages when i played it

another bugg: the follower Alindel is completely free, and i always find myself stealing his insane armor and weapons when im like level 2 and having his high stats all game (like path finding 8) he should probably be very expensive.
another bugg: the barbarian helmets are invisible, and gives and error like failed to locate barbarian mesh.

Okay so i just started and encountered a pretty big bugg. When i had to pick a race to play i did a bit of back and forth between them as i was deciding, and every time it added the starting money and a merchants ledgar, when i finally decided i had so much gold and so many merchants ledgars i had to restart everything

lol i just read you are thinking about implementing a hardmode, this mod is much harder than any other mods and you want to make it even harder :D hahaha i'm gonna be in jail all the time but looking forward to it!!

i wish i could decide if i should keep downloading and make a new character whenever you come out with small patches, or settle with 1 and play it THROUGH for several 1000s of days, or wait for 0.8 or 0.9 or 1.0 before i make one main save like that

Hey this is a great mod, and i like that faction leaders are a bit harder to kill than others, but problem is if you knock down a leader in tournaments you gain so many levels it kinda ruins the feeling of accomplishment
