Rise of the Reds is Rise of the Reds, an expansion mod, arguably the best in that regard (and arguably the best C&C mod).
They are two different aspects, Please remember that. ;)

The C-141 may be a real plane, but the V-44 Starlifter is what happens when the V-22 Osprey and the CL250 Airlifter had a baby.
