Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

I can imagine now the enemy that get too close to the Celebrus turret will say "Mommy!" except for the Artillery. :-)

If it's the same as the version I tested back when XAttus was still testing this for 1.802 it was given to you along with all the unit production building.

To clarify, This turret is is basically a techbuilding that you can normally capture. By default it does NOT have stealth detection. Even so, it's still one of the most powerful defenses in the game.

On the arena maps however, the AIs will own these by default, they are uncapturable, have increased HP and stealth detection capabilities.

Do you garrison them, or use Capture Building on them?

If that's a 150mm barrel then those missiles on the back are really tiny...

Unless the turret is automatic(i think not as there are bunker port), the turret operator probably getting roasted in there. You got six top-launch missile tube which might have to extended down to the underground to accommodate their entire system so contolling it from the bunker at the turret base is still not viable either.

Description

The Celebrus Turret is often seen in a strategic position near a base, where a row of these defense positions wait for any intruder foolish enough to get too close for comfort. Build on a sturdy steel-concrete base, the Celebrus sports a single 150mm laser-guided AT cannon with enough fire power to pierce a hole in any foe its target systems take hold of. It's HE shells are a nightmare for any foot soldier while the rear mounted six vertical missile-tubes take care of any aerial foe approaching its position in quick order. Last but not least, the Celebrus also has a sophisticated radar system that detects cloaked enemies over a moderate area, making life for any stealth units entirely miserable.
