I have to agree on that. The thing with the lanterns is somewhat off and should be changed. I ABSOLUTELY like it within the cavern and stuff and like you said in the city of goblins. But within the entire human kingdome/outpost and Edurneum and all those artificial lanterns/chandeliers it feels just wrong because there are so many of them especially in the throneroom with it´s second floor.

we haven´t heard from each other in quite a long time, hope you are well mate?

Listen friend, this one might be a little odd but. . . Well, heh =P, could you teach me maybe in how to mod Arx Fatalis? I would like to make some changes of my own to this game, but so far I was only able to find out how to change the UI - Strings through them localisation-files (but even that doesn´t seem to work somehow. . . Is there maybe a slim chance you could give me a crash course on that?? Or is it way too complicated?

Hope you could help me with this one, it would be much appreciated - Though I don´t know a thing about coding´n such, I can at the very least imagine that I need to tipe a lot of commands like it is seen in the Arx.log File.

I don´t want to bother you, but like I said, a little chrash course would be really awesome brother. I don´t intend on creating new 3-D objects or something like that, but rather wanna work with the stuff that is already in the code or what have you including maybe a little scripting, you get what I mean. Pretty please friend. =)

I want to ask you about your permission in order to take action in writing down or let´s say in creating a worthy text, both in english ( of yourse ) and german like it was done by you for the tweaked or changed book of ,, Sales an Finances ,, ( Hagling ;) ). I´m relating to my post via Nexus Mods where I reccomended in creating or adding a book in explaining on how to forg all those additional armors, you remember wright? Let me know what you think about that Bro.

Good things take time - Much Love & Strenght to you and the remaining few one´s within the Dev-Team. I´m confident that you guys will make it happen, BUT 1) Don´t Sweat It & 2) You don´t have to feel responsible to anybody friend. It´s clear that you seem to be more than bothered by the latest circumstances which led to this delay, but there´s no need to feel ashamed or, for this matter, feel like apologizing. You managed unbelievably much during those years and apart from all that: It´s still a privat project that you work on when having spare time left. ;) Thank´s for all those exciting News, the juicy Pictures, the Upcoming features and like always, for the friendly transparency in that we, the lesser mortals, had the chance in bringing up suggestions!! -Since I´m on that topic: I Can´t belief that you wizards actually managed to implement a Time-Mechanism & a Sleep Deprivation-System. Those were some suggestions way back at the start of the Discord-Server. =D - WAY TO GO, I´m proud of you people!! =))

could you share some more basic info in regards to the mechanics´n such before I try this Addon out? What I would like to know is:

1) Is this Ammo-Crate wearing out from use?

2) Does the Ammo-Weight add up to the already existing Ammo-Crate?

I would like to suggest changing the Crate-Baseweight to something like at least 2,5 Kg or higher, so that aside from the prime reason of providing a clean inventory to oneself, it would come with a much more comprehensible sideeffect.

Hello and good morning from germany Ignis_Guido,

so what does this Addon exactly do apart from beeing compatible with Modern UI and such? Are there any benefits, or what are the prime reasons here for updating to your version? It would be super nice of you, if ya could share some info on this one. =) No offence, I´m just interested because ,, Immersive Sleep ,, in it selft causes at least for me personally huge problems in combination with ,, Food, drug and drinks animations ,,. After trying to go to sleep and prompted with the ,, I´m not tired enough to sleep ,, Info, using the packpack via ,, I ,, causes my whole UI ( which stayed vanilla ) to dissapear and in the next step crashes the entire game. I tried to talk about this specific anomaly ( no pun intended ) with the Modcreator but only got very asozial & toxic responses. So, help me please out with this one, if you should have the time of course. =))

a really quick question: I can´t tell if it was always there but since Anomaly 1.5.2., it says something like ( sleeping does not count or won´t help ). Does this feature make this Addon of yours from now on useless, when it clearly says that sleeping won´t do the trick anymore??

But with all seriousness, thank you for taking my pleading into acoount, we need more comunicative as well as open minded - mod creators´n people like you. =)

Hello aquelarrefox, in terms of the Immersive Sleep - Addon I can only wholeheartedly agree; I just don´t want to miss it anymore. In correspondece with the many modified features that came along all this time ago through Arszis Radiation Overhaul, it just played out nicely. Apart from that, it also helped to amp up the immersion aspect of the whole experience where, as you should know by now, the sleep deprivation had quite the heavy ( but conprehensive ) hit on the player. Not to mention that it became kind of ridiculous especially in Iron Man - Mode to just sleep off those many hours to gain another extra life.

But as it stands & the fact that TheMrDemonized seems to be a quite dedicated Modder, I think we can at least hope for a somewhat good outcome. =)

Dear Mod Creator, I know that´other Mod´s and their functions in this particular case are not of your concern, I do understand that. But please, if you could find the time: The only issue that, as of now I am having as well as missing, is that ,, Immersive Sleep ,, doesn´t work with your overhauled Addon any more. If by chance ya would look into this it would be much appreciated, because it worked without any flawes with the outdated Arszis Radiation Overhaul - Base Addon. Normaly it always says that the player is not tired enough to sleep. Please, for immersions sake. . . The Modcreator of Immersive Sleep is not responding. Making Immersive sleep work together with your work would make this whole thing complete for me.

So far this Addon provided me with way more frustrated situations, annoyances and unwanted sideeffects than everything else. =( By adding your mod my companions tent to come to a halt at way too many waypoints, which forces me to constatly quick save and load, whenever they get stuck or just decide to not tag along any longer. Furthermore and once this bug occurs - directing a specific mark or commanding them to move doesn´t do anything either. . . The next thing I don´t like is the fact that they, when a party was formed and everybody started to move, tend to fall waaay too far off in the distance. At first I thought I gave the command to ,, Stay far off ,, but no. This has lead to quite many unwanted deaths of my mates.

Alright, that I understood and it´s working now in a comprehensible way for me. But, 1) is it normal for companions to keep the lootet items and no longer possible for me to exchange them between my inventory and theirs?? 2) Are they only able to loot items right from the ground? Because from what I can tell, they can´t gather for example items that are situated on tables´n such??

still it´s not working. . . I can give the commands no problem here, but I can´t figure out how to make them loot the item´s. . . If I push mouse 3 or the numeric pad it ONLY gives me the default option loot corpses and not loot items or artefacts. Hovered over the items in hopes it would show up but no luck there. . . =( Or is this fixed feature happening automatic by the fellow NPC´s IF I should be near a artefact´n such? Because the mod description leaves me under the impression that I can GIVE those commands like it is statet in ,, gather_items ,,??

I don´t know. . . for me it´s not really working. =/

The options which I guess needs to pop up with your modification added in order to give the item loot commands don´t show up for me, meaning it just stays loot corpses and not items or anything else. . . and also I can´t find the corpse search distance - parameter. I only see corpse loot distance in the settings menu. . .

Sorry, I´m a complete noob. . . =/

Please make it so that your latest addon will work in combination with the immersive sleep - addon. When trying to sleep and after that opening the bagpack the UI vanishes and the current game freezes. Also since your latest update for Anomaly 1.5.2, some of the item animations got messed up, in that using some drugs (tablets) will force the player everytime to use a First aid kid. . .

Hey mate, I can´t get the addon to work. . . Once tried to go to bed and prompted with the ,, not tired enough to sleep ,, info it causes a bug for me, where I can no longer interact with any item. Adding on to that In combination with the "Food, drug and drinks animations - addon, the game comes to a complete halt, where after opened my backpack the whole inventory screen dissapears. . .

Hello there Birmancat, The Extended-Mod actually requires Libertatis to be installed in order to work. - A) Main Game B) Libertatis C) Extended. Regarding your issue, this particular part´s in a way scripted and therefore no bug at all. =) In order to get the Authorization Paper signed by Polsius, and that is independent before or after you talked to him in the Yellow Tulip, you first need to have a chatt with the Goblin-Lord guarding the Entrance to the 3rd Level, in order to initiate the event and to even know what you are about to do in the first place with those documents. ;) After optaining this Intel you can beginn to proceed, with asking Polsius about ,, signing false papers ,, handing him over the document and finally get it signed, even before he resides in the tavern. Regarding the Gemdealer-License that dissapears, this also is intended.

Since torches within this mod play such a huge and serious key-part, I would strongly recommend, provided such a change is even possible, to raise the pricing on torches one is able to buy, and reduce the overall loadout of torches the player can find. This would make the whole situation and the approach in itself even more serious & exciting, and yeah. . . =P, as well as a whole lot of harder. - Great Project!! =))

downloaded your fix, since I am, even with my ( relatively ) fair PC, experiencing severe stutters´n crashes during gameplay. . . Here are my specs ( and yes, I know, 7´s outdated ) yadaya - ___ -

Win 7 Ultimate x64
i7 - 4790K
32,0 GB
GTX 970 SLI

After I applied the .dll files to the bin folder, the stuttering became even more apparent. =(

Did I miss something, or is there some tweak that I need to change in addition to pasting the .dll files? I have Vulkan SDK 1.3.204.1 with all it´s options downloaded and running.

Through the Anomaly-Launcher I´m using the Direct X 11 Renderer in combination with the support option for AVX CPU´s.

Now during gameplay it became even more buggy when approaching or looking to a campfire and crashes are STILL a major thing for me. . . =((

Like with all things in life, independent of scale/shape or form, good things will always take time. They demand to be treated with care and since people who were fortunate enough to get to know you a little Pedro, this applies even more so to you. The pandemic alongside all it's crazy side effect was and is taking it´s toll on everybody still to this day. - So, don't worry a thing! As always thanks for the transparency, the constant ,, getting in touch ,, with the community, sharing ideas & thoughts and the continuing development. I for my personal part couldn't be more happy to finally get a final release date, and with all them fine looking new pictures tagged along, I am excited to say the least. If you say October the 27th, so it shall be done! I said it time and again and I say it now: Mr. Ordaz, you are doing a great Job! =))

Excuse me dear developers, I came across a certain hickup in terms of that ,, anomalys ,, can be even triggered when the epicenter of the anomaly itself is inside a building. It happened quite often to me that although for example a ,, burner ,, was behind a wall and I as the player nowhere near that wall, still got hit or most of the time screwed up completely. Is there any way to solve this issue or some kind of addon that could be applied to reduce the radius? I do understand that the very nature of a anomaly is such, that they are unpredictable but to lose because the anomaly hits me even when a wall seperates me and the anomaly is demoralising to say the least. . .

Hello Pedro, hope you feel a little bit better than the last couple´o days. I wanted to ask you a thing about Miguel´s Fighting-Arena, if that´s alright with you and we don´t spoil anything unintentionally? Besides the obvious fact that this new feature provides the player with more content within the human kingdome, alright? Will we be also able to optain EXP´s once we defeated those adversarys alongside other rewards, or will the achievement by winning only be presented by a certain amount of gold? I´m asking because the base game and even with the many tweaks that came with Arx-Libertatis, never gave the player a ( legitimate ) chance in reaching the last EXP-Level wich would be ,, Lvl 10 ,,. - Not even when pickpocketing every door/chest/what have you. I am just asking if you took that also into account, because I for my personal believe don´t want to rely again on tricks like summoning the golden Ylside-Dame in order to reach that last Lvl.
