Anyone have a fix for the AI not working in Galactic conquest? Any help would be really appreciated.

Okay I need some help. I'm playing Stargate EAW version 1.3, and I can't figure out how to advance in tech level. When I play the GC about the replicators, I have no heroes, and thus no way to advance. Can anyone enlighten me? It would be much appreciated.

Good mod, but just wondering, is there a fix for the unbelievable lag when on the universe screen during GC's?
