From a gameplay standpoint how do you intend to implement the whole kill stealing tracker? Will it just be a time based mechanic; as in player #1 hits player #2, and then player #1 has any kill on #2 reserved for a certain amount of time? Or will it be more dmg/hp based?

Just curious as it seems like a very difficult system to implement without it being abused.

The problem with the Old Gods would be that(as far as I know, and without spoilers) they have no official clergy; simply followers in Westeros.
