Holy Crap this is a great mod. As you said there are a few bugs here and there but the over-all experiance makes you ignore that.
For a work-in-progress this IS AWESOME!

I do not know if this is a bug or something that you already know but you cannot reload a saved game.

I have been a loyal follower of this mod since EaW 0.7 and Beta 3 for FoC and it is incredible to see how far you have come!
Unfortunately I lack the words to express how great this mod is so I will only say:

First of all! You are wrong.
The Tok´ra in the picture was not a traitor/spy for the Goa´uld he was infact brainwashed and forced to attack his friends by the Goa´uld. Thats Martuf by the way (i think)

I have a suggestion about the Republic Crusier, could you perhaps replace the V-wing with the V-19 torrent.
I like them better and you never se a V-wing in the serie.
Otherwise it´s a great mod and you are doing a great job.

You have installed the mod wrong.
You need to install it into C:\programs\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War\.NOT into C:\programs\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War\gamedata
