This option is not for game with 2 or 3 players but for parties with many players (5 to 8) or many teams.
It may be advantageous to favor the attack of a player (or team) rather than another.
Strategy is sometimes better than fight..

I think a good idea can be the possibility to give dollars during game to another player (by exemple 1000 dollars given = 500 dollars receive by another player). "Money is the sinews of war" (with a building…

for example be able to:
Giving money to a member of the same team in trouble.
Giving money to an opponent so it does not attack you.
Demanding money to a member of another team otherwise you will attack.
The money can be given once or annuity each x minute.

I have a issue with 1.12a patch Diablo2.
The game ask me the CD and the CD is on the drive
I read this on an other forum :

Copy Protection Final Word
Patch 1.12 from Blizzard disables the CD check.
If you ever get "Please insert disc", this is NOT a problem with detecting the CD. The protection system is probably still built into the game even though the CD check itself is disabled. Make sure you use version 1.12 or later.
