I think Bio-Command (note he isn't only toxin gen, he has more tricks) gets the Scud and it's most likely gonna be a modified, pimped up version instead of the old vanilla Scud.
I am genuinely curious - what is the point of having a Nuke Cannon sized Inferno Cannon? I myself still can't understand the point of the Ovie sized Dragon Tank... feels so... uninspired...
Common sense says yes, you will be able to play it this year.
Do keep in mind random sh*t can happen anytime that forces common sense out the window.
Dude while Han don't have AA, it has bloody nukes to vaporise any ground forces beside 2 other modules. You can't squeeze in AA without taking away some of it's awesome (while maintaining balance).
And other helis having AA isn't much of a valid argument for giving Han AA. Differences are something to be celebrated.
As far as I know the currently available campaign is about the original RA2 storyline retold from different perspectives... it probably has a few tweaks here and there but it's not completely a retcon (I think).

It's really good how you pointed out which things/features you think is bad but it would probably be more helpful for the devs if you also pointed out why you think those things/features are bad. Otherwise your comment isn't helping them much... and people around here wouldn't give much merit to your comment either.
Asking this to clear a few things - would you need to discuss stuff with the Tyranids mod when you start working on the nids in later releases of the UA?

I know very little about WH 40k lore but isn't "the lost and the damned" the collective name for mortals who turned to Chaos? Since they're often used by chaos champions I say it would be better if they appear as part of Chaos Space Marine and further diversify the faction rather than appear as an individual faction... but that's just my personal opinion.
That's probably not happening since the UA team aren't gonna add anymore races in UA mod (as far as I know) and Black Templars in the BT mod are added as a separate race.
Imperial Fists obviously embark Super Brawl, Imperial Edition. :)

That would be a huge EPIC! Specially for the non-imperial races that don't get much love from most other DoW mods...
Oh come on! Can you honestly say the current infiltration system never really annoyed you? Not even once you felt like punching the screen when a bunch of invisible (and perhaps practically invulnerable) pests started ripping your units apart very early in a game?
They write those percentages to show how much work has been completed, not to give a precise estimate of when the entire work is going to be finished because nobody can tell when a mod is going to be finished for various reasons. If they could do that then they simply would have declared a release date instead of giving percentages.
No point in saying that, they wouldn't care. They obviously have nothing better to do in life other than trolling the comments here. Why would people who don't care about anything in life be caring about something as trivial as ModDB rank? The only thing that matters is the HATE AND RAGE! Hate for the hate god! 1.5 Chaos Daemons seeming inferior to CSM isn't all that unexpected considering the UA team themselves haven't started working on Chaos Daemons yet. Pretty sure once they do it the Daemons won't seem inferior anymore.
I absolutely agree that more races won't do any good to this mod. All the main factions are already there. And I also wish the CSM in the mod became a bit more codex friendly, along with the Necron who really, really could use that IMO.
And a silly question - what's a Necron Overseer again? Couldn't find it on Lexicanum...

Yeah it would be really cool if the Necrons reflected the new codex more. Small changes like to name and looks wouldn't hurt gmaeplay or balance either. Please UA team make it happen! *goes puppy dog eyes*
