True, Nuwa cannon does splash, however, if each of the charon tank shoots on one nuwa, i think the china might lose.
However, since Centurion+Yunru is much better than Siegfried in this situation, it is really hard to think who wins :P

It's clear actually, Nuwa's cannon leaves a radiation field, which also damage tanks.

But the charon, neither splash damages, or leaves a radiation, also if you put Yunru in the centurion, the centurion will be able to disable some charon tanks.Seigfried can't do this.So here's the answer :) China wins.
