to expand on that, will we ever be able to build starbases around asteroids/blackholes/uncolonisable planets/our own planets? >.> also cruisers are weird atm they dont seem to face the enemy to fire and they simply stay sideways to enemy fleet.

It could be to do with supply of yours making the local population too resistant for them to conquer planets far away from the AI.

Well, you can build ancient weapon platforms in GC as Humans, not tested it yet though, everytime the AI attacks me it hits a poorly defended planet >.>.

Also, sort of bandaided my ai attack problem by upping the agressiveness somewhat.
