had problems with avira flagging boa_C1.exe as a virus, even with avira disabled I couldnt extract it until I uninstalled avira. I was getting annoyed with avira anyway

released patch, hopefully fixes problem, still working on it.

:( seems to be some bugs, I missed. going to look into it.

the repackaged version has option to create shortcut when running the installer. and after installer finish, program auto runs asking for the games exe files. if nothing show check task manager to see if it already running, end the process and restart the program. if it still wont start then could be problem with net framwork runtime files, and might need repair or reinstalled. tested on 4 different machine and didnt run into this problem. also make sure download the patch and replace the programs exe with it, as it fixed running in background problems.

that's a good question....there was a separate build i was working on that had that mod in it, I will include that mod in another update monday-wensday.

I managed to extract the right gcf files to a seperate folder and made a shortcut to run blacksnow and now the games runs without problems.

If I use steams updated half life, blacksnow crashes in same spots with error blaming shaderapidx9.dll. I have an old orange box install and I used that to run blacksnow, but Im getting particle error (didnt find particle function). is there a way to fix this?. Im missing some visual effects.
