For the out of sync issue I think it is because me and my dad were building to many troops and we didn't attack

well I was playing last night and it went out of sync 3 times...I had to keep starting over...but I noticed the vehicles take energy and so does tiberium silos...oh and the power consumption is way too much...please fix...but I tried something different last night...I did not play with the standard factions I played with trio alliance and it crashed...it also did it before 1.8...please fix
