To put into words what the Edain team has done with BFME is as challenging as it is enormous. One of the most creative, innovative, damn good teams working in the mod space today. As a die-hard fan of the Lord of the Rings films and lore, every single experience I have had with the Edain mod has been an absolute delight. I've been playing BFME since 2004, and now, 10 years later, I'm still drawn in thanks to the careful craft of these fine folk. Their thoughtful, intelligent decisions and dedication to quality find few equals, even in the professional sector. If you've been starved for a good RTS that isn't Starcraft or Total War and love Tolkien's works, this mod will get you there AND back again.
