Interesting that you guys built the mod on the flow without a design document. Pretty impressive. Although I think the story could of been a bit more intuitive and engaging if characters had more interaction. You guys had good cutscenes and features that could engage conversation with other individuals within the mod, like when you first encounter Sophie or the Doctor. Seems like a design document could help when doing things like character development, though I guess that was not a priority for a horror game with a original focus on detachment.

I still have a bulk of the files, but it'll likely not to be released at this point due to lack of motivation on my part. Quite honestly, I don't see why anyone would want a HD BS pack at this point in time considering all the new **** being released.

I'd just suggest you start small; i.e. model/sounds/sprite edits, maps for deathmatch or the default HL1 campaign just to learn the basics of brushwork, entities, etc. After that you can build off of what you already know. Most new mods suffer from lack of experience, which is ultimately the foundation for most team's motivation to work. Too many times have I seen people start a mod, hit a roadblock, and shut down the project altogether.
