You brought 'really fun' to this game.
I modded S.T.A.L.K.E.R mods for years.
But I never realized that these files were so easy to get to with just 7zp. I don't use the out folder. I just zipped a backup of data0 file and add it inside. Works good.

atmosphere installed already.

Step 1: Make sure the mod is installed.
Step 2: Go do the same missions you always do.
Step 3: Visit all the places you normally visit,....
Step 4: ...Take a look around...

Thanks for the info, Yeah I gave up on it for now.

(just thinking)I use notepad++\\ what if I translated one word.
and found and replaced it in all files. If it didn't work I could just save the the word some where else, then 'find in files' and replace it back to normal. But I don't feel like messing with it right now.
Tomorrow is a new day though. :)

I tried some translating myself, like 'names.script'
I translated the names but it won't let me use the file now.
I'm pretty good at keeping the file structure in tact.

I don't know if it was the downloading or the extracting part.
My log said that a lot of textures were missing mainly the 'amik' folder so I grabbed them from SGM.2.2. And a few other issues I fixed.
But this says 'translated' but 75% of the 'news' is in Russian still.
This I assume is normal but I've always thought the news thing was cool.

yes it works on Steam, the text is in Russian, but all you have to do is make a "new folder" and put gamedata/configs/text folder
into your new folder, or you can delete the "text" folder too. if this is your first mod install, don't foget to change the line in "fsgame.ltx" that says "$game_data$=false|true|$fs_root$|gamedata\" change it to "$game_data$=true|true|$fs_root$|gamedata\"

It's a nice little mod. Runs good.
One critique though, the extra weapons sway is cool all except for when you use the binoculars. And I'm wondering now if this will be the case with the sniper rifles too.
Then it becomes annoying. But I still like it though.
