No, they don't. For now it is impossible to make blood marks work in Clear Sky or Call of Pripyat. However our modders revived this wonderful feature in Shadow of Chernobyl. Maybe in the future we will get used to CS / COP as well...
i played this mod and i can say that it kinda degrades st-cop graphichs
