I took it's name straight from the in file name. But now you've said that I will go and hunt more info on it, I know you see others wearing it but I'm sure it's not a vanilla outfit that comes with a description. There is an amount of artistic license allowed with modding but if you check the suits I added from SHOC on the ZSG site you will see that I used the official SHOC descriptions (mostly). This suits mesh is called Monolit_heavy_outfit.
I have read what you saying somewhere as well but I think the radiation suit must be a component of this because it is also the protective armour of an exoskeleton. Which is why when seperated I have also heard it being called whichever factions heavy suit. At the end of the day it's debatable. I just go with the view that because it provides the armoured protection of the exo that it can't just be the radiation suit part which would most likely be a rubber based skin. Who know's for sure. It's an extra suit and there are a few faction versions out there. And it's practically an exo suit with the same characteristics apart from the ability to carry heavy loads because it is minus the Hydraulics. But to look at the hydraulics is the only thing missing.
The upgrade system is mostly vanilla. However for outfits you can use all upgrades in the tree, you will not need to choose one or the other. Weaponry still uses the one or the other upgrade option.

Well, yeah it can not be used by players, but beard has one and I heard it reffered to as a radiation suit, one of the components of an exoskeleton.

Sorry, I got that wrong, the mesh for this is called monolith_assault_outfit and the ltx file for this is called Monolith_heavy_outfit.
