New npc outfits from Hakim and co. It started raining so this Freedom variant don't show well, it looks shiny.

When the mod realeses is this suit buyable from traders or we have to find it in a stash
This one isn't a player outfit, It is one of the new npc outfits. There's currently 15 new player outfits and 4 new helmets. I am not touching stashes. It already has random stashes that switch whats in them. Added items are either looted or rewards for tasks.
I wouldn't mind an outfit like this though so I might see if I can adapt it or get a similar one for the player.
There's a couple of new outfit sold here and there which can be used instead of the SEVA for the underpass trip, Also items like new meds, ammo's and foods are sold in the appropriate places. A few weapons can be purchased but again there mostly looted although a couple come as rewards.
