~When Yuri had traveled to the prehistoric time after the Soviet and Allied gained victorious, but they noticed that Yuri has been eaten by Tyrannosaurus (T-Rex). However, Yuri is not fool or stupidity at all. Meanwhile, Yuri has been rescued by his remaining forces from unknown. Then, Yuri had to go his deeper experiment in several months and he has chance to go back in time by using his old time machine used by Allies long ago. Yuri and his minions traveled back to the modern period that where he had been before, and then he take his vengeance upon his two mortal enemies, Allied and Soviet but they are still fighting each other. Meanwhile Yuri's forces are landed at southern region of Greenland for establishment called ???(Working Yuri title) and called the army 'Chaos Army'. After their settlement, they spotted by a Soviet messenger and reported to his premiere by using telephone and he says "Premiere! It's a terrible news! Yuri... he has come back from the dead along his forces settle his black army!!..--".

~Yuri is the primary antagonist of the story. His main role is to conquer the entire Earth even the entire Universe and he violently enslaving other civilians or innocent people.
