Do you think that Half-life Source, generally speaking
is ill-compatible with Source 2013?
One of the major reasons why it broke during steampipe
As in the game itself feels like it doesn't belong in the new engine?

Hello, I would like to report some bugs that I know from Half-life Source legacy
AKA Pre-steampipe

1.Selecting the Chapter Lambda Core from the Chapter selection menu, Loads you one map ahead as it where it is supposed to.

2.In the Chapter On a Rail (First Map), There is these wooden beams on the side of the rail track, Which supposed to have an armor battery on it, But for whatever reason the battery always falls through the wood whenever the map initially loads, and always end up on the concrete slab below it.

3. Whenever you equip the satchel, There is a long delay before you can throw it.

2153 is too premature for an engine. As far as I know

First of all DUDE, Your Guardians are horribly imbalanced on Hard Difficulty, Especially in the locked Area where you are supposed to hold them off,
Please consider players on the hard difficulty, Your weapons won't do Jack Sh1t against them on Hard Difficulty

Hello modder, My name is Carl, I am planning to create a 100% walkthrough of this mod you Youtube, showing all secrets and interesting areas.
Could you share the full guide to all the secrets and secret stuff in the mod?
I believe this mod did suffer from the 2010 Orange box update. Wherein Half-life was updated in the NEW Engine, And some maps are not working properly in the NEW engine, I have an old Half life 2 CD with me which is why I can play it as it was released in 2008.

Are there any grenades in this mod? and if yes, Where are they?

This mod is specifically made for Source 2007, aka Orange box CD 2007

A lot, 1.0 is really bare bones, It ends in the tunnels as presumably the sirens blare.
A lot of the secret locations are missing,
Extremely bare bones, Can be beaten in 1 hour.
Unlike 2.06 which has tons of secrets and encounters and routes, Fun side areas and such which could take 4-5 hours

Your mod is horribly imbalanced, and the gameplay outright sucks
You make a swarm section of antlion with only the SMG and Shotgun?
At least make it short, seriously!

You focused too much on the mapping and focused too little on the gameplay design.

I had a problem with your map, It is based on a trigger problem
On the third wave of the defense area, The Gunship would not spawn and I couldn't trigger it. I got softlocked.
You should base your scripter fights on a timer, not based on the npc alive

Really? spamming infinite hordes of antlions? This mod sucks and I highly discourage anyone from playing this.

Apply the July 2010 patch, you need source sdk base 2006 installed on steam to play it
you can also add malortie's source sdk 2013 patch after all of that, if you want to play on the new engine.
that will require Source SDK Base 2013 singleplayer installed

You should really fix the Sprint mechanic, This is an essential part of the combat especially players of the hard difficulty
