Haha, I think it actually goes, The best defense is a good offense. But, I have learned from experience, and it just makes sense if you put it together, a team based entirely on defense is doomed to lose. Because they have no good way to capture planets, and are just sitting around waiting to be attacked.

Looks much better than in the render. But someone said something about campaign on the last picture. I would hope actually that you don't make any campaign, because most mods like this that try to make a campaign just ends up becoming laughable. Not saying that will happen to yours, if you decide to do, but I wouldn't advise trying. Also, I was thinking about what you said how the covenant shouldn't have any/little defense, and the UNSC should be all about defense. Well, that's setting up the UNSC to lose about every game. If one team is entirely attack oriented, and the other defense oriented, how do you expect the defense team to be able to take over the other team's planets?

And I had one more thought while playing entrenchment. For covenant defense abilites (since it seems they aren't too big on defense) disable pretty much all tactical things (except maybe like repair bays and such) and allow them to deploy starbases that become the Unyielding Hierophant type bases, that they can upgrade, and are mobile like the vasari Star Bases. I think that would be awesome, because the UNSC have the SMac, so the covenant need something similar.

Also, I think maybe the front of the model could use a little defining on the space in between the two chunks. Just another thought. The main thing in my opinion that should be fixed is pretty much the engines and (maybe) the texture. Also, can we see some images of maybe like all the ships you have done ingame all at once?

I like it a lot, but I've noticed about one main issue. The engines on the back look very wimpy, and when I compared them to an ingame screenshot, the 2 outer engines are almost triple the size of the two inner engines. Also, it seems your team has issues with getting the textures looking right. I may be able to hook you up with a very good texturer. The texture on this looks good, but doesn't look right on a frigate for sure. Maybe just to save time just tone down the whole thing a few shades so its darker. But everything else is sweet!

By little weapons I meant small amount.

Just a thought, but you shouldn't have lots and lots of weapons. In the movie and the book I think they only had 3 weapons (been forever since I read JP1). The weps were Spas 12, Tazer, and lethal and non lethal tranquilizer rifles. I think you should stick to little weapons. Just a thought.

I think that you should have it so once you land on the island and get the intro etc, you can hop in a jeep and explore the island to see what it would have been like before the dinosaurs bust out (and make it optional for those action junkies). Just think it would be cool and add a free roam feeling to it.
