I am a linux junkie, gave up windows a while ago, and am really excited to see so much activity in the linux game community through Humble Bundle and desura!
any way to redeem on steam?
EY! I better not find 4,000 of these randomly appear near my ship when the multiplayer comes out!
Is there a way to change weapons? Out of ship, cuz I've seen two different weapons, and, when will the level editor be open?
same here, no postalaw
install libcurl from the software center, might need to turn on hidden packages, or do it from the terminal, type in "sudo apt-get install libcurl" then hit tab for possible completions,do the one without dev or doc
has it been applied to the desura client yet? it still says build 228 as of dec,4 2011, not 265
I don't know if anyone noticed, but the original fallout was released for linux! Would love to see these released for linux too!
ah yes icculus, shelter for linux gamers. However, if developers simply used cross platform libraries or portable interfaces, the world would be a better place! many applications that "can't" be ported over actually could with a little effort, I always offer my help to Indie game people (most recently cobalt) and offer my (limited) help with a linux build, I just love linux. I use to use windows, and then one day I was introduced to Ubuntu, and I have never gone back since, linux is great. Super awesome for developers like me (the gnu toolset is so easy for both actual development and disttibution!)
Downloading once I get home... Looks kinda cool.... btw to everybody else who keeps talking about it being a bad copy of minecraft or terraria, Why don't you develop a game and then give it away for free only to have someone tell you it sucks. +1 for linux (the only real dev environment!! lol) support!!!
Since it uses a quake engine is there any chance of a port to linux? If so I would love to help!
Desura is the perfect platform for spring games.
I don't think the games are as good this time 'round, still buying though!
Oh so its not native
