This is the much anticipated release of ASOD 0.4
This release adds a lot of new features, so here is the log I was keeping for it:
→ New: Cargo Cans are dropped by freighters/traders (NPCs) and can be picked up by the player by flying through them.
→ Change: Aesthetic Changes made to display, ability spent message is now green.
→ New: Display changed so that gaps no longer appear in upper left HUD in space.
→ New: Cargo Bay Full display added to HUD
→ Change: Traders expanded to carry all the scientific data available.
→ Update: Encyclopedia now has a complete commodity list, excluding commerce.
→ New: Circular Trade Route Added
→ Change: Offset “Selling” column by +50x
→ New: Random Pirate Spawning by System (encounters scaled by solar system)
→ New: NPCs Respond to collisions with you, so combat is no longer lining up atop one and firing till it dies. It can still BE done, but its is significantly harder.
→ Fix: Performance gain by grouping some FOR loops.
→ Fix: Standings loading glitch fixed.
→ New: Starmap for Interstellar Navigation
→ Fix: Rat AI Improved when engaging player. (By allowing it to move towards you easily)
