Backstory
This is a story all about how, my modding life got turned upside down. :) . Well, among seas of dust was delayed and took a full month to do because of me being busy in real life. I believe that I have added a nice feature set in 0.3

- Research vessel, now you can extract research from anomolies.
- A new indicator that shows if you can't fire a research beam or mining array.
- A variety of game modifiers.
- Ability to access the debug overlays.
- A main menu.
- Graphics were repaired for the Hikola Observatory (Astrological became Astrometric).
- Optional loading screen added.
- Minor fixes were made to player ships, mainly involving the Chronus.
