Of course, stereotype a whole country on one person's stupidity. Stupidity that can come from anywhere.

And this joke is... pretty old.

American stupidity is the kind of stupidity seen the most however.

I'm not denying that there are stupid Americans. Trust me I have to deal with lots of them. I do not mean to boast, but Americans do have better access to internet media sources and more technology then most other countries. I am not assuming that other countries do not have this access, just that we have more open access so that the stupid percentage is seen more due to the general pool of people that can access the internet is higher here then in most.
My point is that there is repeated stereotyping or assumption of when a humorously stupid image is posted the stupid person portrayed has to be American. Which would get old and annoying if you saw the same, but only instead of "Americans" we could say "Spaniards". Unless, personally, that may not be the case as you may have more tolerance to national stereotyping then myself.

Besides, we don't even know if that person's American :P

I loved the way at the end, she's like "I'm just kidding", making you think she might not be that stupid, then blows that idea away by saying that she tried it xD

I may be laugh at stupid Europeans, maybe, but I wouldn't go out of my way to say "Europeans". I would enjoy my humor personally instead of attempting to spread stereotyping, but you may not enjoy the same humor if this stereotyping repeatedly happened to your country.

I'm not calling for another group rule, those we're barely accepted, but perhaps personal consideration can be done before stereotyping is spread.

I think the whole point of the :Americans: meme is that Americans get butthurt?

Also if you'd make fun of other countries you'd make fun of an ethnicity and thats not cool man -NOT COOL, you "Americans" are however just a bunch of random people that lives in the same former British colony ;)

Random people that are a mix of every race.
