Well, now seriously. Dune is considered the brother of C&C. And it was made by Westwood. The last Dune game was made in 2001 (I think) by EA.
But Dune started as a novel 0_0

The last Dune game was Emperor: Battle for Dune. It was devloped by Westwood around the same time as Yuri's Revenge. It used the Westwood 3D program (now known as SAGE engine) , which was used for Renegade, Generals, CNC3 (both Westwood's and EA'S), RA3, and maybe CNC4.

Dune is originally a novel written by Frank Herbert in 1965. Children of Dune is the 3rd book in the series, and the trailer is that of the miniseries, not a movie. It's a bit of a disappointment IMO, but it's still okay. So, no, really, other than the games by Westwood being somehow connected... but, well... I really don't know anymore.
Dune2000 is great. plays like ra1 but with better graphics (more blood and more screams of agony)
the worm, the drop pod. when you look at the dune games you can see the thin relation.
