when i saw it in the previw i though: "WTF? a kirov with a laser?" now i saw these are flashlights :D. which C&C soviet player doesnt love the kirovs? heavy, deadly, powerful, but too slow unfortunately
not right every time
i love kirovs more than any unit in Red Alret
but i use the speed boost
and become an hero. :P
I see somehow RA3 Kirov attacking behavior kinda jerky compared in RA2. they are useless if not set in aggressive stance.
This is from the RA3 intro video which was the only thing I really liked about this game.

lol, strange enough the Tank Busters can shoot air in the cinematic.
you know IRL even a guy with a shotgun can shoot air (the question is how effective it would be). Then we have something called balancing...
Agreed, Normaly soldiers armed for exampel with Ak-47 will shoot at incomig enemy heli (targeting supersonic aircreft is rather "difficult").
One thing even EA Cant **** up, the Almighty Kirov Airships!
For your interest, EA came up with the Kirov and besides there ARE mods to improve the RA3 Kirov. Seriously -_-
When I see these in my screen, I start spamming anti-aircrafts. :)
