i hate spams in general. it an awful tactic.
But if you are playing just for fun with friends ( as i like ) there are OK.
Note why everyone hates the Brutal AIs. :(

These bright colors make my eyes burn. :'(
People like us are immune to these. If there's one thing that we benefit from ra3 is, we become immune to intense light colors.
