What does AD stand for after the time period?
Anno Domini, which means, "In the year of (the/Our) Lord", referring to the birth of Jesus Christ.

I think that Cain mark is imortallity, and yes I don't accept EA's version :P
maybe, the scrin thresold is not only a gateway to the stars, but maybe a gateway to heaven itself too (with the right changes by kane of course). maybe ascention was not going to the stars, but going to heaven and fixing what adam and eva broke as told by the bible. who knows, anything is possible, EA didnt mind making things clear.

That wasn't Kane Clones, guys in the vats, are part of CABAL's "brain", Kane was put there to heal his wounds quicker.
