I found these crates in a school yard near where I used to live.
Unfortunatley I wasn't brave enough to pick em up and find out what they contained. They might have exploded on me!

LOL i remember those crates from red alert series, iv always avoided them afraid to get exploded xD
Yeah but these looks exactly like the ones seen in TibSun & TW, possible TT aswell, havn't played it.

Yeah crates, we all love em and hate em at the same time.
Too bad that these crates in TibWars and TibTwilight only contain credits and chevrons and not other things like explosions and chemical smogs like the ones in TibSun. :(
They are from TS? If yes, I will not touch on it. Most of the game´s creates are traps.
I love random cretes in Tib sun because you could be lucky and get an old Mammoth tank! but also exploded in your face! I made a list of all the things I found in cretes from tib sun, I'll upload it here in some time ;)
hehe reminds me of a game I played were I were just playing around. I collected all crates that appeared and after a couple of hours I had gathered quite a few Mammoths. Good times!
Random Crates are also available in all the Skirmish Multiplayer Maps in Tiberian Dawn Redux. You can receive money or random units (including MCV's) while there is a chance of opening booby traps such as Tiberium Gas and explosive devices. I even had a random nuke crate for a while until one appeared in the middle of my base in a Multiplayer Game and obliterated it, so it was later removed. ;)
Should have picked em' up. Might have got $1,000 or a free Titan. :P

exactly! that's why I left them there on the school yard for the school children to play with.
So you want to see the children explode into tiny bits?
they can also get a mammoth tank to play with or 2000$, you never know
