3DS Max, Photoshop :).
That's very nice. For my taste it is a little bit clean and new looking, a little bit of wear and tear wouldn't go a miss. Though that is really neither here nor there. The only other thing I would be tempted to look at would be to brighten the spec a touch.
It looks a bit dull in the render thanks to an overdone GI value, spec map looks fine in-game.
Needs a tad more wear and tear, I agree, just a case of finding the time to finish it up ^^.
Maybe put on the same system as on the vehicles??? :P

I think it looks really good but very dark due to the render.
You need a new monitor then :P its not that dark (it is a dark gun, mind, but not too dark it shouldn't all be clear). ^^
