well the high poly model looks realy nice, but when you convert it to low i see that some places like those ropes on top are screawed up so i guess uvmaping in this place isnt the best one

also your leather texture looks very basic one .
I cant feel any spectacular effect on the model different parts like golden ornaments or just a different materials

Part of the problem was I didn't have the time to get the UV map as good as I would have liked to have gotten it which made a lot of sections that needed more detail to be far too small in the UV map. There's a lot I would change if I get the time to go back and edit it. The diffuse and spec maps do need a lot of work.

Description

Here's the low poly helmet at just under 1,200 polys. Has diffuse, normal, and spec maps however due to the time constraints of the assignment I was not able to refine it as much as I would have liked. It was my first time using Max's baking tools though so I'm not too upset with it all.
