Hahahaha, yeah... It's pretty true, although I didn't play Clear Sky too much to notice very a large change in weather. But, I think SoC is scarier in general too..

The general feeling is completely different, yea. In SoC the weather is not really good, and you don't meet many people, even in Cordon. In Clear Sky, everything seems over-crowded. Limansk for example, it would have been much better to explore a completely abandoned village instead of meeting every kind of faction of the Zone (Remember? You are with Clear Sky people, fighting against bandits along with mercenaries, finding bodies of freedom and duty, also there are many monoliths. But I never met any mutant!).
