the Journey is a realtime non interactive movie, also called machinima.
To play, start UT2k4 and go to Community->Movies->the Journey or just doubleclick the map "MOV-Journey.ut2" in your UT2004/Maps directory.
Have fun!

This movie was made using the Unreal Tournament 2003 engine by Epicgames.

It was originally finished in January 2004 and later converted to run under Unreal Tournament 2004 and enhanced for the MSUC.

Changelist for the Grand Finals Version:

- Journey is now accessible through community menu with screenshot and description.
- Added another Emitter Effect at the beginning to make clear the TV is damaged.
- Added "the Journey theme" as Music file to avoid sound jumping in first scene.
- Added distance fog to second scene.
- recut third and last scene to tighten the plot.
- Overall performance boost and far less "Accessed Nones" and Scriplog problems
- Greatly decreased filesize due to better texture compression.
