There's an issue with the male models not going to rag dolling state when killed.
You mean when they die, they pose last played animation and stand motionless instead of ragdolling? Game probably can't access ragdoll (DEm.ka) file (I had this problem when i misspelled .ka file in .upl file).
If you are in game when there is too many things going on/too many players, characters will stop playing ragdolls and will stand motionless or play death animation. But you said only male models do not play ragdoll...
My suggestions:
a. ShaiyaWarriors.upl file have misspelled code (code should have "Ragdoll=DEm"). You can open .upl file with Notebook and edit text. At the second end of every line should be "Ragdoll=DEm", or at least "Ragdoll=<File name of .ka file>".
b. DEm.ka file got renamed (ShaiyaWarriors.upl can't find this .ka file). Simply rename it back to DEm.ka.
c. Files are not in folders where they should be. VailF.ka and DEm.ka all should be in KarmaData folder.
d. Files got corrupted somewhere. During downloading/unzipping. ModDB likes to corrupt some files during download (I had many problems with downloading Dawn of War mods, they were sometimes corrupted and i had download them again).
