More hero avatars for the Daemon race. Coming in 0.8.6.
Fel Orcs, Warcraft style!
It does suit them though, with their tendency for Chaos, orcs would probably have summoners in their hordes in case they need a sudden batch of Daemonic Shock Troops.
Will this model also be available for the Orc race? I hope it is, they and the undead need a few more model options.
P.S.: Perhaps you could also convert the Blackguard unit model into a hero, aince we already have a Blackguard hero portrait anyway, the lack of male Dark Elven hero models is a bit frustrating. :D

i think there should be a black colored version of the original hero with maybe a demonic spear or something

If yes, I think the model is OK as it is, they cant really change the models themselves, just recolour them, so I think it would be better if we had other models, possibly from game units, recoloured and rescaled to be Hero models, like they did with the new Minotaur model option (its just a scaled down Minotaur King).
Well that's what i meant recolor the Original Daemon hero i don't care really care if they don't change the weapon i think it they should do a more black or dark gray version of the Daemon Hero

Sadly, Warlords and Warlords Battlecry game's fanbases are mostly inexistant this day and age. The games couldnt keep up with the incresing demand for graphical upgrades, it didnt even go 3D. WBC3 sold poorly and people the company sold itself out soon after to make mobile games set in the Warlords universe. Its a gaming hystory hidden gem on my eyes, the perfect fusion between RTS and RPG, unlike that unbalanced mess that was Warcraft 3, wich grows stale quickly because Heroes cant even keep progression after a match, WBC did it 1sr and did ot better too, but people jumped on the hype bandwagon. Nowadays we are getting awfull RTS games with fully symetrical map pools and dumb gameplay wich is either full micro or full macro oriented with Dawn of War 2 getting closer to a MOBA and Starcraft 2 being an A-move nobrainer game.

I suppose it would help spread the word if there were more fan based gameplays on youtube. We'll try to do our part in the advertisement realm.

Casting, replays and live plays seem to have worked great for other mods and a few indies. Just look at Rise of the Reds! Please consider it, I would subscribe to that channel instantly to watch beta version gameplays and released version PvP.
Sounds great, but I'm afraid without a fan base help on this one, it will take forever. At least the live plays anyone could do I think?
I don't know a lot about it but twitch, play your game on there and show it off ^.^ you can make a facebook page, if you do like 20 bucks they'll advertise it :D. Now if that was a thing i may be inclined to open my wallet and support it getting sponsered ;D
The thing about videos is WBC and TPC don't seem to support game streaming (correct if I'm wrong but I was trying yesterday the whole freaking day! it doesn't recognize the game, as a game. At least I couldn't do it. it only works with LOL, TERA and such games).
The alternative is to screen record, then edit in another program, then possibly convert in another... I can't find one single free app that does it all for me (the ones that do offer some combos, also give you a huge watermark right in the middle of the screen). So... it will take some time, it would be quicker if everyone put the effort and place their game-plays somewhere, with the latest version.
The facebook thing is a possibility, but we need to wait for the other members' opinion.
Yea idk much about streaming or video uploading so i can't be much help there =\ But if you do something like a FB page ill be happy to donate to advertising ^.^
