Building resists, hopefully it will be balanced.
The stats you see there are what ALL buildings have had since the first release of WBC3.
We'll be changing these and make it so each building has their own unique stats. So Daemon Pits may no longer be weak to fire, or Fey buildings may very well become resistant to magic. Only time will tell :)

Is there a new limit in the left of army limit or it just displays progress of specific victory condition?
Nope - it's a new tower limit to prevent tower spam and to make tower placing more strategic. The higher your keep level, though, the more towers you can build.
This is awesome! Lets hope tower's stats will be increased as a compensation. :)
Also as towers currently vary in power races with better towers will have more advantage. So maybe weaker towers could be boosted, or maybe tower costs could be rebalanced to make the effect of towers limit fair to all sides.
