I owned a registered copy of this game on GamersGate, however it is not accessible any more... so I cannot install it on my latest computer.
This game is ****, the kind of **** you end up enjoying lol
How do I run this?
The English version is worth playing, if only for the bad translations.
Can someone PM me whether this is very 'open' and what the game mechanics are like?
I would say that this game bares resemblance more to Mass Effect but with alot of the advantages STALKER has. Well it is open but more like STALKER in that levels are pretty big but you are still constrained to follow a particular path that moves to towards the quest, however like STALKER you can choose to go out into the wasteland (or desert in this for the first planet your on), **** off factions or make friends with new factions if you choose to do something outside of the main quest. There are 6 planets to get through. I would say the game is worth playing even if it feels a bit clunky and even if it has a few bad design decisions, its got something really good. Dialogue, story and a sense of exploration which you don't get very often for a FPS sci-fi.. especially considering there aren't that many FPS sci-fi's out there.
ERM...Where can I get the game download?
Because it was Russian only.
GamersGate released English version in Dec 2010, a year later, after Russian release.
Ahh - I got it. Anyways, it looks amazing. Them Russkies sure know how to make great games!
Released over a year ago? How come I've never heard of this before?
