How can i put the textures into the eaw map editor?
The cheeky way would be to rename the texture file to match that of the planet you want to replace. Creating a whole new planet from scratch.. that's beyond my experience. EAW can also only handle textures up to 2k resolution to my understanding, so there will be some significant downsampling in quality without getting clever with your UV mapping and image parsing.
