After spending a couple of hours or work, I did manage
to make the single player portion of RTCW to be
compiled in Microsoft Visual Studio 2012.
You will be able to grab a copy at my GitHub
repository, which can be found at this link:
The solution should clearly output an exe ( WolfSP.exe )
and three other workable DLL modules.

-qagamex86.dll
-uix86.dll
Both errors and warnings have been fixed. No bug/crash/glitch
encountered.
