The road to release is never easy - ask any Indie developer. To give everyone a heads up on how this is all going to plan out I have released the alpha release roadmap.
The purpose of the roadmap is to highlight all of the key events in the lead up to the anticipated alpha release date - which is scheduled for the first quarter of July this year (2013).
Prior to the alpha release is the open alpha where anyone can purchase the game on the RelockGame.com store and begin playing straight away! as always with alpha's I must stress that the release will likely contain bugs and is not a representation of the final product. But it is progress. Alpha releases (for example, Minecraft) provide the customer with a chance to get the game at a lower price with the catch being that it isn't finished and the game will be in heavy development during this time. The best way you can help the process go as quickly as possible is to report any bugs you find (you will be sent an e-mail on how to do this).
Bug reporting is very important in alpha development. As a solo developer it is very difficult for me to get my hands on various types of hardware to test the game on, it's rather expensive and not very practical - this is where the community comes in. You are all vital to the development of this game in its key stages.
