V2 Rocket Launchers are the main artillery vehicle for the Soviets. They take a while to reload of course, and can't turn very fast, so you should always protect them with a Heavy Tank or two.
You get enough and you can take out a whole building in just a couple salvos.
I think the Allied base is screwed. :P
