Increased the range of the sound. removed the weaker far away whistle sound, and replaced it with the stronger whistling sound. Making it Canonade so its heard all throughout the map.

To those that were mislead by the set and entity files that were included, my bad lol, I intended to include those files as a guide, didn't think people would drag it to their directory as if it would be a one step process hahaha! to adjust the ranges, go to sound.pak\sound\sound.set, move it to your mod folder mods/yourmod/sound/ and set the distances there.
removed: the set and entity files which were only intended as a guide, but has mislead people into believing that the files would "automatically" give mortars the sound.
