Escape the Bunker: 1944 is an experimental first-person adventure game with a aim for interactivity and short-story telling. You play as a young Wehrmacht recruit who has locked himself deeper inside a bunker. You cannot go back the way you came lest you put yourself in danger. The only way to escape, is to travel deeper into the bunker.
You will find clues and letters that will unravel the story and tell the fate of some of your unit members. This game is strictly experimental and is being released in hope for donations from nice people. All feedback will be considered in future games from myself. The final release of this game is free and you can download it right now. This is a game that I'm sure any horror-story and puzzle-game fans alike will enjoy.

I just watched Yamimash play this game and I want everyone to know that this game is pretty old in its design. I was experimenting with some things and not everything worked out. I released it, admittedly, broken. You will probably get stuck in level 2 because my detection system was way off and I only did limited testing before canning the project!

can you please help me?! When I click new game and the game tries to load the first level, it will stop at 99%. Any ideas on what is happening? I am using windows 8 (I know, right?).

looks like a great game but when i click on 'play game' it says that FPSC has stopped working and shuts down the program. what do i do ?
There seems to be problem .
In options i cant turn on dynamic shadows,dynamic ligths and use effects .
Do i need to press something to activate them?
And another question.
Im in second level where i need key to doctor office in letter it says its under hans bed but i cant find it anywhere i tried all beds in that level and nothing happened.
Another question is what am i supposed to do with those wires where i need to press H-K-J? Coz whatever i do i always die. I found that guide but and pressed K while aiming at J and died so what should i do?
Interesting, downloading... did you make all models and textures? they are really well done.
Not at all. I actually used a lot of the models that came with the engine itself. The characters and some other things I bought separately. I've got some custom textures and content by myself in the game. It's really just a mix.
Are you releasing the demo or part of the game?
Pretty much I'm releasing the whole thing. I'm moving on to another project so I'm releasing what I've made. The last download had a weird password bug but I updated it a few hours ago.
