Oh Men... Who don't like Duke Nukem 3d? Was the best game in his year and is the best game now! If you can download now and the addiction of eDuke32 make it playable for the computer of the present.
Duke Nukem is THE BEST game I've ever played, nothing but the best memories of this game which I played as a teenager. Hail to the king baby!
Duke Nukem 3D was a great game in the 90s when it came out. Its engine was very advanced and the game had more content and personality than many other first-person shooters in that time. Duke Nukem 3D was realistic, had good level design, great weapons, plenty of interactivity plus lots of new ideas and easter eggs.
After more than ten years Duke Nukem 3D is still alive. Since it's easy to make custom levels and addons for this game, there will be more and more to play. After 3D Realms released the source code, many upgrades (such as support for improved graphics and audio) to Duke Nukem 3D have been made by fan community. Duke Nukem won't die!

Hi everyone. Im a long time duker who still DMs weekly and i also enjoy mapping.
For thoose of you who dont know already, a few years ago 3Drealms let out the Duke3D source.
Since then there have been windows and linux ports of the game such as EDuke, Duke_w32, JFDuke, XDuke (a new updated version of Duke_w32), LDuke, Icculus' duke nukem 3d linx port, and recently, EDuke32. With JFDuke and EDuke32 you can play with the High Resolution Pack. Just recently the third version of the HRP was made, so now all the terxtures and enimes/overlords/cycolids/battlelords have been completely made High Res!. With a free downloadable tool called DukesterX, you can play online with duke dukem ports against other players in a DM (Deathmatch), or even play in CoOpritive mode. If you want to play duke3d online the best thing to do is to download DukesteX and donwload xDuke.

I was thinking of making the first level of the game (Cinema right?) for Hl2 as a mod. Maybe even more :P. I will post something when i have started the project, but meanwhile you may check out my Stargate related mod for hl2 (witch will be ready soon, altleast for the CSS)
