Russian Overkill: Lite Edition.
Without the overblown fancy weapons and effects. Just simple, overpowered weapons.
Now I'm reminded of Russia's version of Commando named D-Day (День Д).
I've added a 1.2 version of the file together with the original one, kindly see the description for some changes.
There's a 1.3 version of the file (not again) for those who still feel the need to be "more powerful." Hopefully, I've done all what I can for this one.
